Eskan Bank signed a development agreement with Wellflow Gulf Trading for the establishment and development of a car care centre in Sitra under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) system. This aligns with the launch of new investment opportunities on the Government Land Investment Platform across various areas of the Kingdom, contributing to its developmental goals. The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohammed Jaafar Bucheeri, General Manager of Eskan Properties Company, and Mr. Nuaman Abdulla Al-Noaimi, Partner and Shareholder in Wellflow Gulf Trading. The project, encompassing a car care centre and retail shops, will be established on a 5,701.2 square-meter land area.

On the sidelines of the agreement's signing, Mr. Mohammed Jaafar Bucheeri, General Manager of Eskan Properties Company, affirmed the success of the Government Land Investment Platform in attracting investors for quality projects on government-designated lands. He highlighted the platform's advantages, noting its unified display of all investment land data. This initiative underscores the priority of strengthening public-private partnerships. It also contributes to stimulating investment, developing land, and accelerating the implementation of development projects for citizens and residents in the Kingdom.

Mr. Bucheeri announced that Wellflow Gulf Trading has fulfilled all terms and conditions of the bid for establishing and developing a car care centre in the residential city of Sitra on the allocated land to provide facilities and services for the city's residents and visitors.

Mr. Al-Noaimi expressed his satisfaction with the awarding of this bid to his company, noting that this project will contribute to the development of vital sectors in the Kingdom and enhance essential services for citizens and residents. He also pointed out that an accredited engineering office has begun the project's engineering studies, and work is underway on all designs and obtaining the necessary licenses to commence implementation.
